Development of an ammonia production method for carbon-free energy generation

چکیده
Ammonia has great prospects in the context of transition to carbon-free energy. It can be used as fuel gas turbines, cells, internal combustion engines, and burned together with coal. However, industrial production ammonia is based on Haber-Bosh process, which involves use natural coal, which, this case, does not make it really carbon-free. This study proposes a method produce ammonia, environmentally friendly require fossil fuels. approach adjusting concentration ammonium nitrogen biogas reactor implies sorption from phase solution monoammonium phosphate, obtaining diammonium subsequently heating release ammonia. The factors influencing extraction waste have been considered, well influence temperature phosphate; energy efficiency assessed. With increasing temperature, degree sorbent regeneration increased. Under laboratory conditions, 111 J/g was spent. higher (NH4)2HPO4 solution, less required obtain unit mass. total amount released varies depending temperature. Sorbent carried out using thermal obtained at cogeneration plant. possibility an scale estimated by analyzing ways utilization fuel. potential for main livestock industries Europe United States up 11,482,651.15 11,582,169.5 tons per year, respectively. Magnetite (Fe3O4) nanoparticles have been successfully prepared by a novel one-step and surfactant-free approach utilizing ferrous ion, as a single iron source. In this manner, the reaction occurs between two aqueous solutions via the spontaneous transfer of ammonia gas from one to another in room temperature. No ferric source or oxidizing specie, oxidation controlling and capping agents are ne...
